Refund and Returns Policy

At Royal Coffee Roasters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we offer a fair and transparent returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return unopened and undamaged coffee beans within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Opened coffee beans or merchandise are not eligible for return unless the product is defective.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email at relax@royalcoffee.co.za. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Your Return:

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase within 5 business days.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we are not currently offering exchanges for online orders. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you can visit our physical store located at:

Shop Returns:

  • You can return unopened and undamaged coffee beans purchased at our physical store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please bring your original receipt with you.
  • Opened coffee beans or merchandise purchased in-store are not eligible for return unless the product is defective.
