At Royal Coffee Roasters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we offer a fair and transparent returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You can return unopened and undamaged coffee beans within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Opened coffee beans or merchandise are not eligible for return unless the product is defective.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item:
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email at relax@royalcoffee.co.za. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Your Return:
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase within 5 business days.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we are not currently offering exchanges for online orders. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you can visit our physical store located at:

Shop Returns:
- You can return unopened and undamaged coffee beans purchased at our physical store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please bring your original receipt with you.
- Opened coffee beans or merchandise purchased in-store are not eligible for return unless the product is defective.
