1. User Accounts and Testimonials
While user accounts are not currently offered, the Site may allow you to submit testimonials about your experience with Royal Coffee Roasters. Testimonials should be truthful and respectful. Royal Coffee Roasters reserves the right to edit or remove any testimonials that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.
2. Age Restrictions
There are no age restrictions for using the Site. However, if you are under the age of 18, please obtain parental or guardian consent before placing an order.
3. Orders and Products
- Order Processing: We typically process orders within 24-48 hours.
- Shipping: We offer free shipping nationwide for orders over R800. For orders under R800, a flat shipping rate of R99 applies nationwide. Currently, we do not offer international shipping through the website. However, Royal Coffee Roasters can arrange for international courier delivery upon request. Please contact us for details.
- Out-of-Stock Items: We strive to maintain a consistent stock of all our coffee beans. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Payment and Billing
- Payment Methods: We currently accept secure payments through Payfast.
- Sales Tax: All applicable sales taxes are included in the displayed product price.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, existing orders will be honored at the price displayed at the time the order was placed.
